1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LabelCore.AI website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
LabelCore.AI provides medical data annotation services including physician-grade labeling, AI-assisted annotation with physician validation, and pre-annotated medical datasets. Service specifications, accuracy guarantees, and delivery timelines are defined in individual service agreements.
3. Data Handling
All medical data submitted to LabelCore.AI is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our Privacy Policy. We maintain end-to-end encryption, role-based access controls, and zero data exposure architecture. Data ownership remains with the customer at all times.
4. Service Level Agreements
Accuracy guarantees, turnaround times, and quality metrics are specified in individual service contracts. Our standard tiers offer 99% (Gold Standard), 93% (Hybrid Intelligence), and 85% (Ready Datasets) accuracy levels with corresponding quality assurance processes.
5. Intellectual Property
Customers retain full ownership of their data and annotated outputs. LabelCore.AI retains ownership of its platform, tools, and proprietary annotation methodologies. Annotations created through our services are the property of the customer upon delivery and payment.
6. Confidentiality
LabelCore.AI maintains strict confidentiality of all customer data. Our physician annotators operate under confidentiality agreements. We do not use customer data for any purpose other than providing the contracted annotation services unless explicitly authorized.
7. Limitation of Liability
LabelCore.AI provides medical annotation services as a data labeling platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our annotations are intended for AI model training and research purposes. Liability for annotation services is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverables in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the service agreement. Upon termination, customer data will be returned or securely destroyed as specified in the service contract.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
